Help, anybody had this problem before. Our insurance are saying they won't pay out on the damage caused by fire, as they consider its a faulty part and it's going to cost us £5,000 upwards to repair. Anybody got any ideas, already tried suicide!!!!! |

do you have legal cover with your insurance? i thought FIRE and theft WERE covered, weather its a faulty part or not. i suppose options are, talk to suzuki and explain whats happend. no win no fee solicitor, citizens advive or watchdog...... there is a piece of eu law that says EVERYTHING sold from new has a 5 year gurantee against faults so you colud speak to a solicitor and explore that route against suzuki......
farking insurance companies AGAIN |
