No I didn't take any of the build up as i was rushing to get it done for Matchams pay and play today, just in case there was any deep water  Twisted Evil

The top is just larger diameter tubing with steel plate welded to the top to make a cap  Wink

Funny you should say that, here's one i did recently for a mates vitara (but i've not got the time to do any more)

I didn't take any pictures under the bonnet but basically I had some semi flexi big bore plastic water pipe in my shed so i used that to go through the wing and mate with the air filter housing, luckily i also had an old rubber concertina hose bit from an old washing machine to join the two up (i don't throw anything away) and once that was all positioned i marked out the wing and cut out the hole. So it is really what you can see in the pics joined up to the air filter using any tubing i had to hand of the correct size.
