hi .i have got hold of a sj 1000 cc engine . and was wondering if eny body knew if there was a place on the inlet manifold for the brack servo ? and if there isent what can i do ?

no i have the samuria . but engine i can get hold of outa a 410 . was wondeing if there was maybi a blanked off pipe on manefold or if it could be put some where els ?

there was no servo on the 410 so no need for a vacuum pipe.

410 engine = no brake servo

if ya have a friendly local eng firm they should be able to drill out the manifold and fit an outlet for the vac feed for the brake servo.

i think hes trying to keep it as cheap as poss...

btw, a 410 engine in a samurai will cause a drastic loss of power, around 15-20 bhp

a BIG chunk when the samurai only had 64 bhp out of the factory  Shocked

no not wurryed about cheep or enything just not going to pay alot for a engine im gna abuse off road . lol i mite have found a sammi engine agen now eny way thanks eny way tho people Smile
