Yeah, Yeah, I know this thread is 5 years of so old but I am a new member and just saw it and thought for future reference to anyone else who might have the same question I'd throw in some info.

I am not familiar with that specific rig but would guess since CB in the states covers the 11 meter band, most "ham" alternative radios usually cover also either (or both) 12 meters or 10 meters in addition to 11 meters. Those types were made "illegal" in the states some years ago because CBers were illegally tuning out of CB band and getting into licensed Ham frequencies and causing interference.

Anyway, The antenna link on E-bay would work fine on your rig. Not knowing the specific frequency or band coverage of the radio I'd guess either the 10 or 12 meter antenna would work.

Specifics on how to do it exactly are going to be based on the frequency range of the rig....could be anything from tuning the antenna to center of the radios tunable frequency range and hoping the SWR is still low enough at the outer edges of the usable freq to use or use 2 antenae...CB AND 10 meter or 12 meter (depending again on radio freq specs).
