I've just gone through the lift: spring spacers + damer spacers. Turns out I need a front diff lowring kit too. It's a bit of a pig to fit the lift kit, but can be done with some brute force and ignorance. |

I just got myself some LWB springs, gave me about an inch of lift. Not a huge amount but haven't had to worry about breaking anything and they were deae easy to fit.
These with my inch and a half bodylift is enough for me to run 255/75 R15's on Daihatsu rims without any hassle (other than the lip at the rear of the front arch that needed some slight modification with a hammer |

alrite mate, regarding the lwb spring mod u did, what else did u have to change? prop spacer, extended brake hoses ect...? also was it 2 sets of rear springs from 2 vitaras? ive just bought a swb vitara soft top, done a 3" body lift on it an have been given a set of 255/75/15s which im looking to fit. not sure how much lift will be needed. any help would be much appreciated. |
