just brought me self a 1988 suzuki samurai sj 413 off ebay to put through an M.O.T and stuff for some fun and as me first car i will update you on this PROJECT as soon as im aloud to post some pictures !!
the only thing ive done to it so far is to remove the front driverside hub and wheel bearings as they desided to weld themselves to the hub and locking nuts ! so now on the hunt for wheel bearings, flange washer thingy and the two locking nuts and also i think there is ment to be a spacer aswell ?
wasnt on it or was melted ?
any help would be appreciated Very Happy

slight bit of rust to contend with !!




need new wheel bearing !! and lock nuts and tab washer !! anyone know were to get them from ?? zuki dealer ?

hey
just wondering if anyone know were i could get the front drivers side spiggot and wheel bearing locking nuts or a complete front axel for my suzuki sj 413?
does anyone have a complete front axel kicking about ??Smile

very slowly, but i have got all the parts to be getting on with (piston rings, gaskets, filters, wheel bearings, spiggot ! etc)
so should be running soon!!Very Happy
will keep you up to date.

i thought i had a lot to do with my rotten vtaira  Laughing  not looked at the engine and runing gear propely yet it is runing high on tick over nearly 2000 rpm and looks like the cluch needs replaceing hum think i may have got a bad one  Embarassed  still will be good when all finished

well over christmas and that i didnt do alot, apart form watch it rot on the drive way!, but now the days are drawing out more, ive been getting things going again, managed to get it back on four wheels, both diffs have been checked and bearings/ seals replaced, propshaftes free'd up, breaks re done and bled, gear box well it was like a soup ladle( was only a little bolt pin thingy just under the boot inside  the jeep) brought some better seats(out of an escort) su carb fitted and tunned up! just need to get the body work sorted(patched up ) and  throttle  and choke cables sorted then i can get it MOT'd!!! soon be there !
