the work begins.






did a little bit after work tonight.
stripped the rear doors out and cut the frames off.

rear window is in.




it is tack welded in from behind in the cab and fits like a glove.
now to seal the bottom up Very Happy

Where we are now.


the cage is done.
the rear bed is done
the body work is done, just needs flatting back now.

the interior is stripped
the engine is now ready to come out.

jag engine is coming out on sat.
so maybe it will be in by the end of next week. Laughing

Good Luck getting that out  Shocked Did a couple of jobs on my brothers Jag, What a nightmare. You need an extra set of wrists and elbows to get to anything  Laughing

I hardly ever post on that other forum any more, just can't cope with all the bickering! There's still a decent pot of knowledge and experience to dip into there though so it does come in handy occasionally. I didn't see what caused the upset Tony, just saw your "I'm off" thread, they'll miss your wisdom on there mate! Glad I still know where to find you Wink

good luck with fitting that engine, i though fitting my v6 2.9i engine in my samurai bad enough
