i am lifting my vit body using box section, has anybody got any tips on lifting the body off the chassis, im no mechanic but im going to have a go.

Lift one side at a time. Use a jack with a long piece of timber to spread the load. Be safe - Don't put any body parts you want to keep into places that would close up if the jack fails.
