Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this.

Basically I was offroading one night and went through shallow water (about half a foot) after the third one the Vitara died out.

I have checked earths, spark, fuel (going to the throttle body), wd-40 in the engine sensor plugs, tried cranking it over with sensors and lambda disconnected but nothing, it runs on test fuel but will not inject. It is not timing or ignition timing. I've taken the ecu out and opened it up, the capacitors look fine, not leaking or miscoloured etc. I've hit a bit of a wall and am a bit stumped, I've thought about sending the ecu and immobiliser off to be checked and I've checked the flash codes and I've only got code 12 so the ecu isn't picking anything up.

If anyone can help I would be very greatful 👍

For anyone having similar issues I got a donor ecu and swapped the transistors on the injector driver circuit and while I was there I replaced the capacitors even though they were not faulty. The vehicle started right up after this. I then ran new wires to the injector just Incase they had shorted out.
