A month ago I was out riding and I lost all power and had white smoke bellowing from the tailpipe. Tore it down and got the head reworked and changed all gaskets. Put it back together and found that nothing in the head was the problem. The o ring at the bottom of the injector was broken and crushed... I was pumping to much gas and it wouldnt start and had gas dripping from the tailpipe. I changed the oil because there was alot of gas in it. I changed the o rings and it seemed to do fine. after messing with the trottle stop a bit I got the idle right and took it for a spin... In neutral it reacts to the throttle fine. In gear and i hit the trottle somewhat hard the engine boggs down and i get white smoke again.

I am trying to get my hunting rig back in the woods and i am no fuel injection guru so please help, any info will help

Just think, if all that fuel "unburnt" has been pumping through the exhaust system, imagine what its done to the lambda sensor and the cat. Allowing that it has them of course! Get an emission test done at any MOT station, and see what the results are, post them on here and lets see whats happening.

No cat but the o2 sensor is still on. No codes on the dash either. I am a mechanic by trate but I am combustion engine "dumb" Lambda sensor?

Fixed and done. Timing was off a couple degrees and messed with the throttle stop a little more
