Hi Everyone...
I was wondering if anyone had an experience swapping engines in a 2006-2009 3dr vitara.
I want to swap my 1.6 16v vvti to the 2l one. I feel it is under-powered for me.
If anyone has any experience or advice, it would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance to all.

That is the plan (to sell the 1.6 and buy the 2l) coz I don't plan on keeping the 1.6.
have you done anything similar by any chance?
The thing is, theoretically, the engine should fit in without any changes especially to the mounts... but truth is, I'm still clueless and will be dedicating my current time to research...
Another far fetched option: Turbo... I just need the extra power...
Cheers...
