gday everyone ive been reading all the topics on this but there is no answers apart from
check the clutch cable , does anyone out there know what it is or is it just normal for these gear boxes

Change the transmission oil and go for a drive. The box will feel like new!!!

^ Agreed! I changed the gearbox fluid in the wifes Suzuki Alto after it shifted a bit notchy.... shifts like a Merc now!

there is no transmission fluid in a manual but i changed the gear oil and it is better but not 100 % .
