Bought my 2ltr v6 grand vitara recently and it's started to choke up when you try and accelerate, sometimes it'll hold back then boost other times when the engine's hot if you come to a hill the engine will choke and nearly die only able to crawl along at 30mph

I've serviced it and changed the plugs, it's better but not great, there seems to be decent throughput throught the exhaust, has anyone got any ideas what it could be?
