Hi i am turning a girly styled 92 soft top into a rock crunching machine. but yesterday i was removing the side steps and i snappes a bolt in the rear wheel arch with rubber bushes. i cant get to the other end cause its in the bodywork. is this replacable. i thought i would ask on here before i dismantled it more

sounds like a body mount...

try and uploa a pic when you can and im sure someone will answer your question

hi i stole this pic of the web its a similar looking part. problem is i cave removed the carper where the top of the bolt should be and there seems to be some kind of inner skin. if i cut this away could i replace it or do i need to bodge it together so i can get through a mot.

the body mount is welded into place from underneath, if youve snsapped it then you have some work to do
