Could be a simple thing like the leads breaking down (HT leads) or it could be the distributor / rotor arm - my advice would be to check the service history on it. Could be a simple fix, could be a hard fix - depending on the price of the Vitara its either worth the risk, or move onto another find, one which doesnt cut out when the engine is warm.....

well i think he selling it for 250 pound with 55k on clock, it dont just cut out when driving, he was saying it just hard to start when its hot, IE drive it around, for half hour then stop engine, then try start it, then it hard to start, i was thinking the same about dizz and leads, i was gonna change then if i get the machine

thanks

for £250.00 i think its worth the risk, you'd get your money back from parting it out if its a worst case scenario... probably just the plugs, leads, dizzy that need a change, and a good service - fresh oil, water etc..
