Gearbox housing getting hot after new clutch put in!

Hi all,

I've just put my 2L 16V Vitara in for a new clutch and flywheel.  The clutch etc is now great but now the gearboz housing around the stick and the area around the footwell is getting boiling hot!  Any ideas what they may have done wrong or left off??
