hi guys
i am new to this site but not new to the YD sites as upto very recently i use to drive a mitsubishi Delica L400
but the same as alot of people with them fuel costs and general running cost going through the roof
so we have brought a 2001 suzuki Grand vitara as a cheapper 4x4 to run in the couple of weeks ive only visted a garage once
where as before was always putting fuel in
its not the first suzuki we,ve had we had a fatboy afew years ago as a summer run around and school run loved it
but as a only car it wanst big enough with only 4 seats hence the new car
more about my cars than me lol
my name is tim and i am marred with kids
well that enough of the boring stuff |

Hi Tim, Welcome to the Forum from another ex-Deli owner.
I got shut of mine through boredom. I'd had it 18 months so it was time for a change.
I have a car and also the lightweight 2 seater Jimny. Goes through petrol as quick as the Deli did diesel!
I seem to be stuck in the low 20's mpg in whatever I drive. Probably the diver boots I wear.
So hope you get some good tips/advice from the forum, enjoy.

Ar Do, Tim.
'Ow you doing?
Are you still on mdocuk?
I keep going on even though I have a Jim.
Some good lads on there that you can have a laugh and banter with.
It's been a great site while I had the Deli bus, got some good help/advice from it.
Only ever fell out with one member so that's not bad going, to say I joined it in 2006!
Only been on here since Oct last year but it seems to be a good site as well.
See you around
