hi, im fresh into the 4x4 game, should be getting myself a 6" raised Vitara JLX, 1991, 1.6L 8V.

its currently on just standard 15" road wheels and tyres so i obviously no some knobby-jobbys to go play in the mud.

i want it road legal and im told that Insa-Turbos are the way to go, which are available on Paddocks new or ebay used, etc.

unfortunately i have no idea what kind of sizes or rims they need to be on. Does Suzuki have 1 standard size stud pattern and offset for all their chunky wheels, so any 4x4 suzuki rims would fit?

what kind of tyre sizes should i be looking for?

are Insa-Turbo Special Tracks really road legal? they look monstrous!

cheers for the assistance,

Arron

bit confused if future bigger tyres will fit on the same rims?

If the tyres ive got now are 195/80R15, would 31/10,50R15 tyres fit on the same rims? or would they not be wide enough? how do i tell if they will be wide? i already understand the xxx/xxRxx tyre sizing, but i dont understand how the allowable rim width would be calculated?

cheers
