Hi, I got an email from Suzuki saying to watch out for the new look Jimny. Anyone got any pictures? |

Excellent link thanks. Not sure they have done enough to get me to trade up but I like what I’ve seen. Cheers. |

., I thought it was ok but nothing special....I like the bonnet
Trouble is Im pretty happy with the one I've got & a new version would just make me too cautious. At risk of tempting fate..........why fix what aint broke? Of course at some stage I shall need new bumpers etc but there's not much to go rotten (i reckon Jimnys are 50% plastic lol). I bought it to use not just to look at & I do get plenty of use!! |

Yeah you’re right; it’s one of those motors that are pretty much sorted. I got a spare set of wheels with mud tyres on but they are getting near knackered. I live about half a mile off road, steep hill, and usually put the wheels on about Christmas time. They make a right racket on the road and lower the MPG. You tried any winter tyres? |

Im off the main drag, you know the score.....1 in 4 hill, single track, more mud than tarmac........
Anyhow, Ive been running Geolanders for the last couple of years, all year round. There's no appreciable difference in road noise
& the mpg is maybe 1 or 2 down on the Duellers. Off road & snow are pretty good for what I would consider 50/50's & Ive only had one moment in the snow when I thought "hmm, this 1in4 hill may be a challenge" but I made it home fine
Have always fancied a spare set of mud munchers but have resisted the urge & got away with it so far. |
