locking hubs seized up - help!

i have a 99 plate vitara with locking hubs one has seized up, i got one free using grips and wd40, the other is well and truly stuffed, and way i can unsieze without removing it? Really want it done to go out 4x4ing

Not really m8 you will have unbolt them and soc in oil and once they are free grease the outside of twist nuckle to keep them from doing it again  Cool
