blue smoke after deceleration

I have a 1990 SJ413, recently re-ground valves and replaced stem seals.

After decelerating and acceleration, it is blowing blue smoke when hot.  Only happens after deceleration. Checked mixture/timing etc all ok. Pressure test ok.
Recently changed carb to see if it helped-no.

Help
Driving me mad.
