Hi to all.
And the questions start.
I have just put my Vitara back on the road after loads of body work and all sorts of work !!
Just taken it down the road for the first time and drives fine apart from when you rev and then dip clutch the revs stay at 2000 rpm or what ever it last was it stays at that and then when it decides to it drops down to normal.
Any Thoughts I have swapped the Injection / Carb and it is still the same.

Mine is a 1999 8v 4u

Have you checked the idle air control valve?
