4wd and hub questions from new owner

hi not new to off roading but new to the vitaras. just bought a p plate 2.0 v6 5door and have a couple of questions.

1. does the vehicle have to be staionary to engage 4wd ?
2. is this vehicle fitted with auto hubs / manual hubs / fixed hubs as standard ?

4WD must only be engaged STATIONARY but can be dis engaged from 4WD High range while driving in a straight line.

From memory the V6 is fitted with auto hubs as standard, use the guide which should be on a sticker to the left of the transfer box lever about disengaging auto hubs... I believe you need to reverse 10 feet or so in 2WD after you've been off road.  Confused
