What tubing is best to use for a roll cage? Would scaffolding poles work??

you need 50mm seamless with at least 2.5mm wall.

scaffold tubing isnt strong enough and way too heavy.

And byw, they fit on perfect without spacers just had to cut the arches back  bit =]

seamless isnt too expensive from a decent metal supplier
