If I have water in gas and hve tried all things does anyone have any suggestions. Should I drain gas tank? I am a female ande know just enough to get in trouble lol. Please need advice!

what vehicle and is it petrol or diesel?

it is a 92 samurai fuel injected have changed fuel fliter put seafoam in and also added gas treatment for water. It smokes black smoike and if stick finger in exhaust its black soot. Took plugs out and cleaned soot off them too. Whats next?

drain and replace the fuel then check your air supply.

sounds like its choking up
