Just so you know someone is reading, I'd be interested in a club meet. I'm sort of lacking a Suzuki right now but depending on mileage I'd be happy to come meet you all! I've got free travel on trains so I could get there on the train. Used to be a member of a Hampshire 4x4 suzuki club(its been a few years, I can't remember the name!) and they all used to meet up at a pub. I only went to the one meet as my circumstances changed (long story!) but the amount of knowledge I got from that one night about Vitaras was incredable!
So, with enough people, could be a really good meet. In this case I suggest a whole day affair, perhaps meeting at an offroading site?? Its a good reason for people miles away to get there and with enough interest, we could negotiate a group/club discount.
For the those who would like to add me on Facebook, search Darran Tallbike Fry, might messgae you back before I add you as I don't add just anyone! _________________ Driving a 99' Vitara JX 4U2...

it really depends on the majority of where people would prefer to meet, halfway would be good, have you got any plans for the car?converting to off roading or pimping it |

im pimping the inside a little with some niceties but its going to be off roaded.
but i have done my research and found the best way to off road the car with mods without destroying the original car.
The maximum lift without completely naffing your steering alignment and toe is about 1.5 inches and then just do a 2 inch body lift thats about all mines getting apart from the snorkel and tyres.
thinking about putting in side exit exhausts to each side just before the rear wheel and some nice checker place around the exhaust will add a pic
