Hi, can anybody offer any advice? I have a 1996 Suzuki Vitara (as well as a Suzuki X90 with head gasket gone) which has failed it's MOT through rust.
I've stripped everything out including carpets seats etc. There are a few holes in the boot floor but the drivers/passenger floor is sound as is the side of the drivers/passenger floor. The problem is the outside sills, basically shot.

I reckon that box section is probably the best way to go. Anybody replaced theirs in a similar fashion and what did you use and how did you go about it?
It looks like 4x4 inch would be best but I'm happy to be corrected!
