It's perfectly normal for tire pressure to increase when the tire heats up from riding! Basic physics.... pressure rises in proportion to absolute temperature increase. All tires do this.

Since the beginning of time (or at least since the invention of the pneumatic tire), the correct procedure has been to fill the tire to the correct pressure when it is cool and before riding. Don't get your knickers in a knot that the pressure rises when you ride it... that is how it's supposed to work!
