Just bought GV1600 2001, need good offroad tyres mainly for muddy farm tracks and fields, on 16" rims now, any ideas on make and where to buy them.
Has been sujested that I change to 15" rims.
Thanks *beep*. |

You can buy full off road tyres on ebay, you can get a full set of retreads for around £300, search for 16" off road tyres.
Or could just wait around and buy some second hand already on the rims, I got my off roadies on ebay for £188 already on rims with heaps of tread.
best to stick with 16s and a large tyre aspect ratio 205/80/16 should just fit without a suspension lift |

Kumho KL71's have very good reviews and not too much road noise |

Thanks for info. Kuhmo sound the buisness, but difficult to find sizes from their web site etc, any ideas what I can fit, on 215/60/16 road tyres at mo,
not sure of rim size at away abroad at moment.
Thinking of fitting Grayson? wheel spacers to give bit more space etc, also any ideas on wheel arch extenders or what ever they are called. |
