I've brought a set of bull bars from. Sj140 for my sammy but they don't seem to want to go on.
The brackets don't fit in the box section on the chassi they will only fit onthe inside egde but this isn't far enoughout.
Any one had a similar problem??[marq=down] |

try putting the brackets on the chassis before you bolt them to the bull bar, you might find theyre on the wrong side of the bull bar uprights? _________________ the car in front is a toyota...

The problem is they want to fit on the outside of the box section but there is a bit of wavey metal on the chassie in the way, the brackets won't fit inside to box section either but will fit to the inside edge of the box section. The brackets are then to close together and won't bolt on the bull bars. |

i had the same problem. i fitted my one my sacking the brackets and welding 2 bits of angle to the front of the chassis and then bolting the bar to it. as its at the bottom/under the bumper you don't see it. and its been thro a mot since then |

Well I finally got round to putting them on, this was my solution.
Just need to get it all painted now |
