Hi , I've just bought another vitara and this one has manual freewheel hubs , the problem is one   of them won't turn to lock by hand .
Does this mean its K.O or just needs freeing up ?  How hard are they to free off?

pretty easy to free up, just be careful you dont lose the spring when you take to cap off

Cheers
I've managed to free it now without taking it apart , just lots of ED and a few clots with a rubber mallet.
I've made a tool now for turning the dial incase they get tight again or for if they get covered in unidentified poo like today lol
