Have a 97 Vitara LWB Diesel and there seems to be a panel missing under the rear wheel arch please see the link below as its easier to see it than describe, however if you look at the last picture you will see I have put a ring around the area, am sure that the plate on the inside should be sealed by another plate and the bumper should screw onto that plate.
Does anyone know where i can get such a plate and the name of it - not sure whether it is steel or plastic.
Both offside and nearside are missing and am sure that water and crud would fill the sections missing.
Someone has also mentioned to me that there should be a cover that protects the fuel filler pipe?
Note I tried to put a link in but being new it would not allow this will upload images |

You won't be able to post links/pics until your post count reaches 10... one of admins little rules to help prevent ! _________________ Driving a 99' Vitara JX 4U2...

Thanks, its a shame that I have to spell my website out when i need people to see what im talking about.
I understand the need to stop spam but there are ways of doing that.
Im a member of several groups and its the first time I have seen such a restriction.
Sorry maybe I'll get banned now |

Don't worry, I don't think you'll be banned for expressing an opinion but I may have upset admin because I had a similar gripe regarding introduction posts a little while ago (worth noting I do say what I think!) and I'm still here.... So relax, get some posting done and you'll reach the golden 10 before you know it! _________________ Driving a 99' Vitara JX 4U2...
