My 413 has had it tough since i got my hands on it, i have managed to break both front shocks and a leaf spring, the engine has a broken a valve spring, and the brakes well i cant even call them brakes anymore !! ha ha.
I would like to put wider axles on her, a diesel engine, and suspension that will take a beating.
What are my options people ??

i was told a good one to do is landrover discovery axle and suspension, just get hold of an old discovery strip it of its axles and suspension and weld new suspension mounts onto the sj413, takes alot of work but worth it in the end, im thinking of doing it myself on my sj410, maybe in a few years...

hope this helps you...

downside to land rover axles is they rotate in the wrong direction...

try toyota hilux axles of youre gonna go to that much trouble
