hi all again  Rolling Eyes i have a prob with my window motor swith its just a basic toggle switch wen its powerd it should give 12v both ways and it did til about a hr ago now it only gets 3 volts one way and a full 12v the other anybody know if its just the switch whats gone ? i get full 12v on both live feeds into the switch i think it is gone but just want to make sure before i start spending and pullin the thing apart

try some contact cleaner sprayed into it first, sounds like a bad connection with the voltage drop?

Could be right  i hate it wen electrics dont work im ok with simple stuff and thanks for the part it come sat just ant had time to fit it yet

With the symptoms your describing I'd say the swicth was knackered.

Im just puttin a new one in now it started to give me 2 live out puts instead of 1 live 1 earth

Need to see the wiring digram really, the switch should either feed a live or switch an earth, workin it out without good description or a diagram is virtually impossible.
