my stepdad works for a pharamceutical company, barrels were leftovers from raw materials deliveries.
best pics i have ase on the first page of this thread bud, i dont have any pics of them welded. they were welded along the outer edge of the inner arch and again where thet met at the inner edge. just a matter of cutting a rough width then screwing them on and scribing them to the shape of the inner edge to get them close to the shape. dunno if that will make sense to you reading this though then welding them in. _________________ if its got t*ts or tyres, its gonna be trouble!! |

u must love to just work on them ,i was into the strada 130tc for many years for ever patching up rust ,time i finnished it needed doing again i think thats part of the enjoyment ,my sj413 lwb has no rust so i hope to keep it that way

wow, bet that took so much work, i bought a sj410 van 6 months ago and its nearly as bad as yours was, see this has given me huge ideas for mine, im using steel trailor arches to do mine, im still thinking if i should t the chequer plate, might just use 3mm steel, but you 413, looks great...
i hope mine will look that good some day... _________________ Suzuki SJ410 VBJA
