I make a 2" body lift kit, all you need to do is make bumper relocation brackets. Comes with instructions as well. I sell them for $150 Canadian. I don't recomend 3" body lifts as you start to run into problems with the shifters and steering shaft

Here's a picture of the kit

alls i used was 3" box section with holes for the existing studs and the new bolts, cut the origional stud down so just enough for a nylock nut and (threaded the shank of  stud with a dye nut) and the box section. bolted the box section straight to the body and used the rubber existing mounts between box section to chasis with new bolts. didnt need to extend anything else.

before you start loosen off ur fuel filler, should stretch back on afterwards.
take off your gear stick boots, you will have to cut a new shape hole afterwards or mod ur gearstick.
remove the front left(i think) brake pipe can be reattached with new hole afterwards.

the back bumper and strengthener will have to be raised afterwards but this is easily achived with a little drilling and grinding
