ye will be doin i want to strengthen seats and roll cage and holes then il spray it with schill i think its called then do the body then the roll cage
does anyone actually know if a rollcage made of scaffold is strong when rolled it seems really tough

it wont survive at any speed....

a proper rollcage is made of toughened steel alloy

but itll do for a little off roading.

Shultz is just a brand name for underseal !!!!  AFAIK.

Personally I think you overpaid for it !! No offence.  But my first objective, if it was in that state would be to remove the body and start from scratch on the chassis and running gear and see where it takes me.  No point doing all that bodywork on a poor base ?

That is assuming I had the time , space and know how !!!  Don't know about anything different, but you can't beat a decent looking rugged offroader IMO.  And a Samurai/SJ can look pretty good in that department.

How about something like the Xbox HALO game offroaders, they're "different" !!!!  My boys have them in LEGO and they look great !!! LOL.

ye ok well like it says its a project and im startin with the body needs the most attention
and the Shultz seems pretty cheep to were else ive seen it the running gear is all ok and it just needs all painting up just took no pics
as i was doing this god i wish i did but its just a *beep* for a bit of fun
