Got may vitara at the start of the month and check air filter was new and oil free, I was driving home tonight and the car started smoking bad (White) oil pouring out air box  open air box and it's like a pudle of oil lost about 2 Lts of oil am I looking at a headbgasket problem Sad

i checked compression this week and the cylinder closest to the bulkhead had 0 compression so fink i have head gasket gone and a valve burnt out so hope to get car home in next few days and start stripping down. but there is all so a lot of blue smoke coming out of the oil breather like a a steam train lol so may have other prolems like piston ring gone or sumthing.

cheers for the offer but iam fine with doing the work as i a a mechanic but only been in the trade about 4 year but so fault finding i not that good, got it home now so should have head of 2night or on the weekend and maybe the bottom end if cant se any thing wrong with the head

got the head off last saturday to find a chip out off the piston about 2cm long and down to the top ring + loads of marks all over the top of the piston and scratchs down the bore so now on the hunt for a carb'd engine if any one no's off any for sale much appreciated
