|
|
I have done some research about this and if i remove the anti roll bar from just under the engine at front it will give me better range in movment in my front wheels.
No good for doing hi speed but i only use my vit for off roading!!
Can anyone help with this matter? |

hi am considering removing my anti roll bar, but use my vit on the road a lot
no 1) is this road legal to remove it (will it pass mot)
no2) will it be unsafe/ s*** scary to drive on the road at speed.

It is road legal if you remove the whole thing including the mounting brackets (so I've been told).
It doesn't make any real noticeable difference on the road (or at least I can't notice any difference )
It does give you a little bit more articulation off road, but doesn't make it hugely more flexible.
In summary, I think it's worth doing if you use the car off road and it wont make a lot of difference on road or fail it's MOT so long as you've removed the brackets too.
Hope that helps. _________________ Alan
