410 transfr box into sammy any one??????

Right gentlepeeeples,is it possible to remove the drum on a 410 transfer case and replace it with the uj  bit of a 413 as i would like to think this is possible and i havent been shafted Laughing  Laughing  Laughing

put the box in 4wdl disconect the transfer box and rotate the input shaft and count how many rotations you have to do to get 1 rotation on the output shaft. then repeat with your old one  Very Happy

cheers gents,after much deliberations i have come to the conclusion that it is a 410 box with the drum removed!

they moved the handbrake to the wheels for the 413/sammy

but dude as it is possible to remove the drum on a 410 thus disabling the handbrake then why couldnt you put a drum on a 413 box thus moving the hand brake,not that youd need or want to Wink
