Idea Has anyone got a body shell for a vitara jlx. Idea
Very Happy I have a 3 door soft top, 1992, 8 valve, 1600 petrol in dark matalic grey. Very Happy
Crying or Very sad and it is rotten under the rear arches and rear seats and sills. Crying or Very sad
Mad I love the jeep so much but it is really rotten, a hole the size of two fists under n/s arch Mad  
Mad and no good metal to weld a patch to, other side will be as bad  i'm sure this is last Mad
Twisted Evil ditch attempt before wife gets her dads nissan almera as the family run around. Twisted Evil  
Laughing I have no space to keep cars at home but her mum/dad might have the jeep if another shell can be found soon. Laughing

I will think about it but to be honest If nothing comes up for me in the next two three weeks then the whole vehicle will have to go complete. Very Happy
If you want the whole vehicle then maybe, but i would like to see what happens in regard to a shell replacement first.

my wide boy LWB engine i pronounced as dead today and is going down the scrap yard minus the wide boy wheels and wide boy arches if thats any help? it went thru the MOT (has about 9 months left) with no problems what so ever.

why dont you break it and put the parts on ebay..... there is a part im after though its the bottom pulley on the engine, the one where the belt goes to the powersteering pump and im sure some one will want the powersteering hydraulic hoses and pump Very Happy

there is a vit swb at my local scrap yard with a G16A engine tho im sure the pulleys are the the same? you want me to have a look for you and get it off so to speak for you?

is it just the actual pully the belts go onto and not the pulley the timing belt goes onto?

he just wants the belt pulley, not the timing pulley
