mind you thats in rossini pink the entire dash including spedo plastic surround stering colum surround and the centre consol plastics that cover the gear shifts and hand brake but will see how yours turns out may do it myself lol, what glue have you used on your leather??

Considering the amount you're painting it seems a fair price, if you can afford it. But for a few quid in rattle cans, some 2500 + 3000 wet and dry plus about 3 days work ( allowing paint to dry properly that is ) i would still attempt it yourself.

As for the glue i bought some super strength carpet and vinyl glue, i think i bought it from B & Q for about £8 per can.

I'm sure i could fit you in somewhere. Laughing

Lol, not bad for a first attempt is it. I normally stay well clear of interior mod's and re-designing, but thought i would give it a go. Just got to hope i don't get the bug for interior's or my celica will be next up and i will be skint for the next year at least..lol

Thanks retro.

As for the engine i'm undecided at the moment options i'm looking at are:

1) Transplant a newer more economical / powerful engine ie the suzuki swift GTI turbo or the 1.9 Turbo deisel engine, maybe just the 16 valve cyl head. I'm slowly pricing them up.

2) Keep this engine in and strip it and start the dressing, cleaning and or painting it up, as it looks shabby and dirty to say the least, i have my work cut out for me with this i feel.

But i'm not 100% wich way it will go just yet.
