|
|
Me again - I've had this a couple of times where the brakes will appear to have lost a little pressure, and my foot kind of dissapears into the footwell a bit. Kind scary, but then it'll be fine for ages after that. The brake servo appears to be fine from the outside, so, any ideas what could be causing this? I'm going to strip the breaks front and rear to see what we've got going on in there...
Thanks again. |

Hi I had this problem it occured after reversing full lock and then pulling forward to find low pressure in the brakes. After checking and replacing the shoes and pads I also found out much to my dissapointment that the rear cylinders needed to be replaced.....since doing all this I have had no probs..... |

Ok, thanks! I figured it was as much, I've got some new pistons and will replace them when I have some time!
I've replaced the warped and grooved disks and pads - she already feels a ton better.
Thanks again. |
