Small update, yes it's here and yes it looks cool
Head deffo needs doing looks linke the head went over heated and the rad cap blew bit of a mess but fixable had a new head gasket set turn up this morning so gonna get cracking with that will post pics as i go.
Body work is in really good condtion by that i mean there is no rot and it's all solid. Front leaf springs need replacing all four drums need work no brakeing at the moment. Clutch seems to work four wheel drive selector moves in wheel drive its easier to push so i'm guessing some thing is going right.
All the electrics work and all that is front & rear lights, window wipers. Has a home made snokel which looks like *beep* so going to change that. Roll cage and rock silders are solid and the doors, tail gate open and shut. doors are most likley going to cut them down to half door.
Wheels need replacing it has 31x10.5x15 Colway mud tyres with loads of tread, but i guess this has lent a hand in blowing the head to big for 800cc
At the moment thats it will post some pics on the head gaskety as i go any pointers woudl be great i have a rough idea.
(i am no mechanic so words and my way around things may seem odd and backwwards ) _________________

Better to make slow meaningful progress than to rush through the jobs bodging it up as you go. It'll all come together and be wicked before you know it. _________________ Alan

thats a bummer. you could always drop a 410 lump in, could be easier to lay hands on, or a 413 with 410 tranny box and keep the 31's or are you lookin to say as origional as ya can? |

Don't care about orginal bits that will just make life to hard, it has a SJ410 already F10A, i have mange to get another working 410 engine for £100 so a staright swap which i have never done should be intresting just wish i had decided to do that in the first place never mind.
Is there any way to find out if i have the 410 transer box Woudl like to keep the 31" bearing in mind that i will need to use this on teh road as well. _________________
