I've noticed a few SJ's with the anti-roll removed.
Does this help the articulation much and how does it affect the car when driving on the road?

Cool, thanks for the info.
I think I'll take mine off and see how it goes. I can always put it back on if it scares me  Wink

Removed the anti roll bar and can't really notice a difference on the road.
The steering has been a little vague since I owned the car and it pulls a bit to right as soon as you touch the brakes, and removing the anti roll bar seems to have made no difference to the way steers or stops.

When I jacked it up on the chassis I didn't see any real improvement in the front wheel travel and then I realised that my shocks are stopping the wheel drop any further. They are well knackered anyway so I think next pay day I'll change all four for some longer, better ones. Maybe get a new steering damper too.
