Looks good mate. I'll stick a couple of pics on of my rust problem after I've eaten this pair of very tasty cheese and ham slices that are in front of me  Very Happy

Ahhh, that's better, I was starving.

Ok here's where I'm at with mine.
I took the plastic arches and sill cover off to reveal the extent of the rust. It wasn't a pretty sight.

I cut the rust hole in the floor out so that I had something solid to weld to.

Then I removed the rusty outer sill. It's a bit of a mess now.

The worst thing is it wont stop raining so I can't get anything done, and my welder is carp and just wont do a decent job, not that I can weld for sh*t anyhow  Laughing

I'm amazed it got to Whaddon  Laughing

I've got a fair bit of welding to do in between the rain showers, but it'll be worth it.
Got this much done today. I'll put more pics up as it gets done.

"My welder is CARP" lol  Laughing The forum wont let me write another word for sh*t / poo. It changed it to carp, and if you write the dictionary term for poo (fec*s / f*ces), it inserts *beep* in place of it. I think that is very amusing Laughing  Laughing

Getting there now.
Welded the sils and quite a few of the holes in the floor. Still got the wings to do, the front body mounts are *beep*, and some of the floor is inaccessible so I'm leaving it for the time being until I've got the energy to do some major dismantling to be able to get to the them.

Here's how it's gonna be looking for a few months.
