FARLEY QUARRY / IRONBRIDGE, - nr Telford / Shrewsbury - M54 junction 6, A5223 / A4169 follow signs towards Ironbridge Gorge, then down the three lane bypass and turn LEFT on A4169 towards Much Wenlock. Quarry site on RIGHT after Farley Halt, or two miles north of Much Wenlock. Follow our 4x4 signs. £35 per 4x4 pay on the day, catering, toilets, all 4x4s welcome.
Very large stone / gravel quarry site with lakes, water, mud, climbs, slopes, axle twisters etc., not forgetting excellent all weather access routes. This site features one large lake, and several smaller lakes, varying depth and length "mud runs" and fantastic challenges.
£35 Per Vehicle including space for trailer and tow vehicle.
Snack van (yes)
Toilets (yes)
I know people who think this site is very hard on your 4x4, but some swear by it
For Dates See Here 4x4 Funday

Yet to take my Jimny off road and quite a novice to the off road driving, is this place ok for novices as I only live down the road from it.
P.s any other novices fancy hooking up and making a day of it here. |
