Hello all wave

Ive just set about my 02 jimny steering wobble at 45mph to 55mph.

The 1st thing ive had to change woz my o/s/f wheel bearing and seal totaly nakt and not a bad job to do aslong as you have the tools handy. Takes about 40mins to 1hr. This made no difference wot so eva Twisted Evil
Today ive checked the kingpin bearings. This realy cant be done properly unless you strip it and inspect them. Both the n/s and o/s bearing are very worn. As i have no new ones yet ive cleaned everythin and regreased, packing the bearings with grease. Again not a bad job taking about 1hr 20mins each side. As i said i havent replaced the bearings yet. On road test i can honestly say there is 100% improvement, no wobble at all.

Got to locate some new bearings if any1 can help id be greatful so i can fit them next week. Once fitted il post again to let you no how it goes.
I also have the o/s trackrod end which is worn and the o/s drop link is also worn. These to will be replaced and il let you no if it helps.

I hope this will be helpful for someone and if i can offer advice please dont hesitate to ask.

Thankyou and chow Wink
