i have 235x70x16 insa turbo sahara's on my x trail, not a hint of probs in the snow (and i done some miles ferryin docs and nurse's to and from hospital) and 31x10.50x15 kumho venture MT's on me zook, very good in soft sticky mud. both reasonably priced. you will get more road noise with ANY type of muds, simple cure, turn the sound system up.

Toyo open country. Good on-road but capable enough off. You might have trouble getting standard size but next size up should be OK. |

mickey thompson are the bizz, Baja MTZ , 31" , dont f*$k about now! had them on me truck when i lived in Australia, done 45 000 klms, on 4x4 and unsealed tracks with no punctures, thyer built real well. theyve not long started to make tyers for cars etc, they used to just make for race cars and serious 4x4 trucks, like unimog's ect, google them, think theyr is a dealer in the uk. |
