heres some pics of my steering damper bracket which bolts through the steering arm
and the damper attached to the car
heres a question, should i put a damper back on now it has power steering. vitaras dont have dampers! |

they just are mate. but they are great on the mud
if you are looking for a decent road vehicle get a vitara vgood on road and good off road. |

other option for a steering damper is use a rear shock absorber from an old shape mini, they fit lovely and are much tougher than even pro-comps. |

i'm runnin 31's on mine with an spoa. it's an INTERESTING drive. think i do need to change the steering damper, as all 4 shock were goosed when i got it, and i'm runnin the tyres at 22psi. |

i ripped my front shock absorbers off at abingdon and drove it home LOADED in the back with all of our camping gear (THAT WAS AN INTERESTING DRIVE) when i hit a bump it didnt stop bouncing for ages
i run 30 psi in my 31s |
